a) a variety of safe, relaxed, "hands-on" environments that allow a team member to grow in intimacy with the Lord, giftings and character in the knowledge of Him

b) methods of discovering giftings

c) a place to excercise giftings on a regular basis

d) a place to get in touch with their destiny

e) ways to measure their growth

f) new ways of self-examination (character development)

g) a place to learn leadership skills

h) mobile assignments that impart flexibiltiy and demonstrate the

    creativity of God in different environments
